From 1 January 2020 any New Locum Doctor that Registers with Dr Oncall will be eligible for the PERFORMANCE BOOST Incentive Program. This program rewards and values our Doctors on their performance. For every 5 shifts a New Doctor works with us, their bank account will also receive a boost! Once the Doctor reaches 15 shifts, they will then qualify to be in the draw to win the HEALTH CHEQUE draw of $5,000.
The financial boost New Locums will receive is below! These amounts are paid at the end of each quarter.
Terms and Conditions will apply and 100% attendance without cancellation of any confirmed shifts during any one quarter will apply.
There will be options for payment, this will include, invoicing via incorporated company for the full dollar amount, full dollar amount in way of Gift Card or as a bonus via the Dr Oncall payroll system.
The HEALTH CHEQUE incentive program is amazing!! For all existing Doctors and any New Doctor that moves through the PERFORMANCE BOOST program every shift you work you will receive an entry into the draw for a whopping $5000 to be drawn at the end of the quarter. This will be paid via direct transfer into the lucky recipients bank account!
