Dr Oncall is a medical locum recruitment service that places locum doctors in hospitals and at events, Australia-wide. The agency was founded in 2007 by Dr Sanjay Dhupelia, Dr Trent Lipp and Dr Craig Coghlan in response to a number of deficiencies they recognised in existing locum agencies.
Our founding directors are qualified specialists in their chosen fields of Radiology, Emergency Medicine, Anaesthesia and Medical Administration. Dr Oncall has since expanded to include a team of experienced medical recruiters and administrators.
Our vision is to provide a personalised locum recruitment experience for doctors. We have a number of established relationships with public and private hospitals and other healthcare providers. Our pool of available doctors have access to a large network of locum work options across Australia.
You’ll work with the same recruitment consultant for the entirety of your locum placement or shift. We won’t just email you your timetable—we’ll speak with you, work out your availability and find the roles you’ve been looking for.
